Children are central to the life of Wellspring UCC, and they are welcome in worship and in Communion.
Following the Pastor’s “Children Talk” early in the Sunday worship service, children from pre-school through 7th grade are invited to participate in Sunday school.
Sunday school follows the
Shine! curriculum, which brings the Bible to life through creative activities, music, and story-telling. The topic for worship and for activities in Sunday School is usually the same, so families can learn together.
Building relationships and peacemaking with neighbors near and far are an important part of the children’s ministry at Wellspring.

During the summer there are special opportunities for Spiritual Sojourning for youth and adults, and Summer Vacation Bible School for children.
